Bezen & Partners is an "umbrella" body for two separate legal entities: a partnership founded by Serdar Bezen and Aykut Bakırcı and registered with the Istanbul Bar Registry with the decision of the Board of Directors of the Istanbul Bar dated 3 February 2011 numbered 5/20, namely "Bezen Avukatlık Ortaklığı"; and a partnership founded by Yeşim Bezen and Nadia Cansun and registered with the Istanbul Bar Registry with the decision of the Board of Directors of the Istanbul Bar dated 18 February 2010 numbered 9/48, namely "Bezen Danışmanlık Hizmeti Avukatlık Ortaklığı".
