Mehmet Toker has been a member of the Bar of Ankara since 1989 (having chaired the Board of the Bar of Ankara in the past). He has established his own Ankara based practice in 1989 with a particular focus on litigation.

He is a litigator with extensive experience in corporate and commercial disputes. He has also specialised in public and administrative law acting as a consultant to many companies, banks and individuals.

He is certified before the Turkish Patent Institute as a trademark attorney.
