- Advising the sponsor in the US$510 million privatisation and financing of 9 power plants owned by the state entity Ankara Doğal Elektrik Üretim A.S.
- Advising a South African banking group in relation to the €90 million financing of the development, operation and maintenance of Skopje, Ohrid and Shtip Airports in the Republic of Macedonia
- Advising a non-domestic media group in relation to refinancing of an existing facility and grant of additional funding for capital expenditure purposes
- Advising an international organisation in a loan transaction to finance the working capital requirements of a Turkish corporate for the import, processing and distribution of agricultural commodities
- Advising an international financial institution on Turkish law aspects of the security package for various domestic and non-domestic financing arrangements
- Advising a Japanese bank in the acquisition of loan participations and transfer of security
- Advising a non-domestic financial institution regarding the transfer of security in respect of a loan transaction for a power deal
- Advising a Chinese financial institution in its Turkish security arrangements in respect of a term loan to be provided to a Turkish Borrower for working capital purposes
- Advising a corporation located in the United Arab Emirates on a loan transaction to invest in a Turkish company and its possible acquisition of shares in the Turkish company
- Advising non-domestic financiers and lessors in secured and unsecured aircraft financing and leasing transactions
- Advising a Turkish petroleum company in various hedging transactions
- Advising a German deposit bank on FOREX matters in Turkey
