Bezen & PartnersPrivatisation can be a complicated process which requires expertise in different areas of law. It also requires interaction and close co-ordination with the relevant government bodies. Our firm offers advice on privatisation of state-owned companies and assets by assisting clients in structuring, negotiating and documenting their respective investments.

Our team of lawyers is headed by the former Head of Legal of the Turkish Privatisation Administration and concentrates on legal, regulatory, competition, tax and employment issues and accompanies clients from the outset until the completion of the privatisation process. Our lawyers do not only possess the requisite knowledge of the procedure involved in privatisations and the expertise in the relevant areas of law, but are also experienced in approaching and working with the responsible officials.
