Nadia is a qualified solicitor (England & Wales). She advises domestic and international corporates, multinational investors and sponsors on a broad range of M&A and commercial matters, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions. She has acted on new market entries, acquisitions and disposals across the energy, infrastructure and manufacturing sectors, and brings more than 20 years of transactional experience in Türkiye and the wider region.
Nadia first joined Bezen & Partners in 2008 and was a partner of the firm until 2016. Her career spans private practice in London, Moscow and Istanbul, as well as General Counsel roles with News Corp's outdoor advertising division in Moscow and a FTSE-listed oil and gas company in London. This combination of private practice and in-house experience gives her a distinctive understanding of clients' commercial priorities and enables her to deliver practical, business-focused advice. Nadia is recognised by Legal 500 for her corporate and M&A work, with clients highlighting her ability to think as a business adviser and to explain the Turkish market to foreign entrants.
