B&P’s Akfen Renewable Structured Financing Deal Awarded at Bonds & Loans Turkey Awards 2019

We are pleased to announce that Akfen Renewable Energy’s USD260 million structured financing was awarded the “ECA/Export Finance Deal of the Year” and was runner-up for the “Natural Resources Finance Deal of the Year” at this year’s Bonds & Loans Turkey Awards. Bezen & Partners acted as local counsel to the ECA Lender alongside international counsel Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
