B&P Acts as the Advisor of QNB Finansbank on the Refinancing of the Espark Shopping Centre in Eskişehir

Bezen & Partners has acted as the advisor of QNB Finansbank A.Ş. in relation to a EUR 60 million refinancing facility for the Espark Shopping Centre in Eskişehir, Turkey. The Espark Shopping Centre is managed by ECE Türkiye Proje Yönetimi A.Ş. which has been established by the German ECE Projektmanagement GmbH & Co. KG located in Hamburg, Germany.

The B&P team working on the refinancing side of the deal was led by partners Yesim Bezen, Murat Soylu and associate İlke Işın Süer.
