Bursa City Hospital

On 20 June 2019, our partners Yesim Bezen and Banu Bölükemini and our associate Yasemin Keskin attended the completion event of the Bursa City Hospital in Bursa, the Republic of Turkey. The Bezen & Partners team was engaged as Turkish counsel to the Sponsors (Rönesans Sağlık Yatırım and Meridiam) and the Borrower in the financing of the Bursa City Hospital which was completed in April 2017. The Bursa City Hospital is built on an area on 745,500 m2 and comprises of a main hospital that includes a Cardiovascular Diseases Hospital, an Oncology Hospital and a Maternity and Childrent’s Hospital, a Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Hospital and a High Security Forensic Psychiatric Hospital. It is expected that the Bursa City Hospital will accept its first patients on 1 July 2019. We would again like to congratulate all parties involved in this deal.
