B&P Announces New Partners

Bezen & Partners is pleased to announce that Uğur Sebzeci and Can Özilhan have been promoted to partnership, effective as of 1 January 2019.

Uğur Sebzeci joined the firm a decade ago as a trainee. Uğur has spent the past 10 years advising and assisting Turkish and non-Turkish clients in M&A, corporate, commercial, competition and dispute resolution matters. Uğur is a graduate of Ankara University with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Istanbul Technical University. Uğur is a member of the Istanbul Bar and a Solicitor of England & Wales.

Can Özilhan also joined the firm a decade ago. Can has spent the past 10 years advising and assisting Turkish and non-Turkish clients in capital markets and finance matters as well as financial services regulation. He has also been involved in high profile corporate deals. Can is a graduate of Marmara University with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a member of the Istanbul Bar.
